Built across three levels, the villa features an expansive roof roof terrace with BBQ and areas for outdoor dining and relaxation with sea views.
With its central location, enjoy easy walking distance to Pueblo Latino, the Plaza Nueva, the “old square” (as it’s known locally) and the seafront promenade overlooking the marina – each with their own specialities, from international cuisine, local dishes, ice-cream, cool beers and coffee how you like it.
With three double bedrooms – each with their own bathroom – you’ll be well rested to start the next day however it pleases you.

Availability and pricing
This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals (from 11 days to 10 months). To comply with regulations, a seasonal rental may not be used for tourism (holidays) and the reason for the stay must be "purpose-specific".
Prices inclusive of up to six guests and may vary according to season and length of stay.

Unless by prior arrangement, normal check-in time is from 16.00 hours with check-out time at 10.00 hours.
Smoking policy
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside the property or anywhere outside within the property's boundary.

If your property is part of a community you must agree to respect the rules of the community at all times. Particularly this applies to use of the pool area and other activities that may affect the enjoyment of other members – whether guests or residents – of the community.

Reservation-security deposit
Payment of a reservation deposit will be requested on your acceptance of the booking. This will be held as a security-damages deposit and returned to in full, subject to any deductions.
